The Restaurant
Waiki is synonymous with fine dining in a warm and welcoming setting.
Chef Mayron Archetti presents his new menu alongside our sushi chef, Jimmy Philippon.
Our catering service is open throughout the day around the swimming pool, on the terraces or in the restaurant offering a wide choice of menus.
You can access the pool while waiting for your food, however, if you wish to swim longer, pool access is €15/person.
Opening Hours September 2026
From September 1st to 18th
Daily from 6 pm to 2 am.
Friday to Sunday from 10 am to 2 am.
Closed Tuesdays, September 8th and 15th.
Restaurant service from 12 pm to 11 pm around the pool or indoors.
Tapas service from 6 pm to 11 pm on the rooftop terrace.
Closing: Saturday, September 19th, from 6 pm to 2 am.

Open every day from 10am to 2am
Restaurant & Tapas service from 12pm to 11pm in June.
Restaurant & Tapas service from 12pm to 12am in July & August.
